Before You Travel
Even before you travel a member of our team will call to discuss your ideas & requirements. Some of our clients already have a clear idea of the property & location they are looking for, but for the majority there are still several aspects of which they are unsure. We believe that it is better to invest a little time getting to know each other before your visit, apart from making you feel more comfortable about your trip it also helps us to decide on the best area to book your accommodation and plan a viewing schedule that will really suit your individual needs. Some people like to make the trip a dedicated property inspection visit, but others are still in the fact finding stage and prefer to keep the initial trip more low key combining it with a short break by the beach.
We are enormously proud of our dedication to meeting our clients 'wishes' and your priorities will always remain our main consideration throughout. It is important for us to know if you have any special requirements, or whether you may want to be near schools or a golf course for example. We also like to know if you are mainly interested in new or resale properties or off-plan developments where you can make bank guaranteed stage payments over the duration of the construction. It may even be that you are hoping to find a plot of land or an idyllic finca in the country which you can reform or modernise. |
